Context-Aware
Help & Guidance
in Your UI
FlowBuddy knows which page your user is on and what they’re trying to do — so instead of describing the fix, it highlights the exact next step right in your interface.

How it points
From “where is that?” to done, in one highlight
It reads the context
FlowBuddy knows which page your user is on and recognises the screen they’re looking at — so help starts from where they actually are, not from step one.
It finds their place in the task
It works out which step of an approved workflow the user has already reached, instead of replaying instructions they’ve completed.
It highlights the next step
No paragraph to decode. The exact button or field lights up in your interface, and your user keeps moving.
Context-aware, for real
Built to know where your users are
Generic help describes an interface. FlowBuddy stands inside yours — it meets the user on the page they’re on, at the step they’ve reached.
- Knows the page your user is on — even when URLs carry record IDs
- Recognises the screen they’re seeing, not just the address
- Picks up mid-task instead of replaying from step one
- Screen recognition runs in the user’s browser
- Overlay-only: it points at your UI, never changes it
The application intelligence layer
One layer powers all of it
This isn't a separate tool to set up. Every capability here reads the same application intelligence — the workflows, concepts, and screens FlowBuddy learned from one recording of your product, approved by you.

FAQ
Questions about guidance
How does it know where my user is?
From the recording you approved: FlowBuddy learned your product’s pages and what each screen shows. When a user asks for help, it matches their current page and screen against that knowledge — and the recognition runs in the user’s browser.
Does it work when my URLs contain IDs?
Yes. Routes are matched as patterns, not exact strings, so yoursaas.com/projects/8231/settings is recognised as the project-settings page whatever the ID is.
Will the highlights break my layout?
No. Guidance is drawn as an overlay on top of your product. It never moves, resizes, or restyles your own elements — it only points at them.
What if the user is somewhere FlowBuddy doesn’t recognise?
It falls back gracefully: the assistant still answers with clear written steps from your approved workflows, and tells the user where to go — it just won’t highlight until it can place them.
